Factory site is spread over about 22000 sq.ft. area with 7000 sq. fit. already constructed with production building, pilot plant, process development laboratory, raw material storage, QA/QC, effluent treatment & administration office. 
Manufacturing facility is supported by & equipped with –

2. Glass lined reactors
3. Support utilities like boiler/steam/cooling tower/Vacuum ejector pump/chilling plant etc
4. Tray drier
5. FBD
6. QC facility having Gas Chromatography and other classical analytical equipments
7. Pilot plant with 20lit, 50lit, 100lit & 200lit capacity glass assemblies
8. Process Development laboratory equipped with fuming hoods, pressure autoclave, lab scale driers & other related lab equipments.

Additionally, we have tie up with Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur located about 45 min drive from location for sophisticated facilities like NMR, Mass Spectrum & HPLC analysis of chemical compounds.
